Mackay | The Rhythm2Recovery program connects, educates and uplifts participants in a transformational way.

Our standard facilitator training is a practical two-day workshop, suitable for therapists, counsellors, psychologists, music therapists, youth workers, music teachers, educators and other people working in the personal development field. These standard training workshops extend on the model Simon created with the Holyoake DRUMBEAT program to include over 200 new exercises for groups, and individuals, that combine rhythmic music with reflection to support social and emotional health. No previous music skills are required.

The exercises are fun, engaging and practical. This work is strongly evidence-based and client-focused with an emphasis on empowerment.
